Start with scripts/minff_topology.py and inspect how it writes topol.top, then review tests/minff and tests/launch/gromacs_prepare_test.py. Reproduce the grompp failure with the newer minff layout and check how variant and O-M-O angle-constant selection are represented. Done means the tests pass with the updated bundle, and the new commit is named in the release notes.

描述
ECCE 9.3 bundles min.ff at commit d12b895b (third_party/minff). The newest minff commit, 22ebd627, renamed the parameter files (e.g. ffnonbonded_tminff_k500.itp -> ffnonbonded_tminff.itp, new forcefield_gminff.itp) and the defines that select the variant and the O-M-O angle constant. With it, grompp fails with Unknown bond_atomtype Oh and the TMINFF mineral list fails, so tests/minff does not pass and the release rule keeps the pinned commit.
To do: make scripts/minff_topology.py write topol.top for the new layout (variant and angle-constant selection), update tests/minff and tests/launch/gromacs_prepare_test.py, then bundle the new commit and name it in the release notes.
