描述
Windows 10 and 11 (9.3.1): moving the slider under the Scale drop-down changes nothing; on Debian it redraws live. The slider lives in the combo's popup, a top-level window, so its scroll events do not reach the panel on Windows. Testers looking for the arrow length first tried Freq. scale. Change: forward the slider's events to the combo; label Scale as 'Arrow length:' (Vector) / 'Amplitude:' (Animation), Freq. scale as 'Freq. factor:'. Needs a check on a Windows build.
