Start by reading issues 398 and 399, which this work requires, and the referenced llm-post-editing project. Then inspect the NMT build job’s existing align_pretranslations feature and determine how the new class should be exported for silnlp. Done means LlmPosteditor is integrated into the NMT build job and exported for use in silnlp.

For now, we can incorporate this into the NMT build job similar to what we do with the 'align_pretranslations'` feature. This will make it very simple to expose in Serval/SF for testing. If this gets complicated, we can spin this part off into a separate issue.
We'll also need to make sure to export this class so this feature can be used in silnlp. This should be the first priority.
