Requires https://github.com/sillsdev/machine.py/issues/399 and https://github.com/sillsdev/machine.py/issues/398.
We'll also want to rename the HuggingfaceNmt... classes to Seq2SeqNmt... and probably move shared NMT functionality to an NmtTranslationEngineBase etc. We'll also need to create an LLM trainer implementation, but this will probably just be a dummy NullTrainer or a minimal trainer that just creates the in-context examples since we will inject the in-context examples at inferencing.
