Context
docs/notebooks/_mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py installs spatialmath-python and pgraph-python with deps=False and lists their real dependencies in the seed list (#133), because spatialmath-python <= 1.1.18 declares pre-commit as a runtime dependency, whose virtualenv needs packaging>=26.3, which conflicts with Pyodide's packaging 24.2.
Upstream fix: rai-opensource/spatialmath-python#250 (reopened 2026-10-14, closed in error earlier), plus #251 for two non-raw docstrings that give SyntaxWarning noise in the notebook output.
To do when #250 is in a PyPI release
- Revert the
deps=Falseblock and the extra seed packages in_mvtb_nb_bootstrap.py, thenpython docs/notebooks/sync_bootstrap.pyto regenerate notebook cells. - Confirm with
docs/lite/wasm_check/check_pyodide_install.mjsand the browser check (docs/lite/browser_check/). - RTB #742 and bdsim #112 should resolve themselves; re-test and close.
- Remove
continue-on-error: truefrom the pre-deploy browser check indocs.ymlif it has run green onmain.
