Research direction

Open c-api/intro.po, whatsnew/changelog.po and whatsnew/3.15.po from the repo root. Update the msgstr for the 4 fuzzy strings to match the new English source, and add Farsi msgstr for the 9 new untranslated strings. Done when those .po files contain no remaining fuzzy or untranslated entries from the 3.15 sync.
