Mở c-api/intro.po, whatsnew/changelog.po và whatsnew/3.15.po từ repo root. Cập nhật msgstr cho 4 fuzzy strings để khớp với English source mới, và thêm msgstr Farsi cho 9 untranslated strings mới. Hoàn thành khi những .po files đó không còn chứa các mục fuzzy hoặc untranslated còn lại từ 3.15 sync.
