Research direction

Trace how roll readouts are already sent to every player in the encounter and reuse that path for action result text so it is attributed to the actor. Keep the text off players who are not in the encounter. Add a GameTest that covers both loaders and checks that other participants see the result while outsiders do not.

Description

enhancement good first issue

In multiplayer other players see each roll like this (17 zombie 13 Dev1) but not the result text fx (Dev1 fails to hide) only reaches Dev1

At a real table top game, everyone hears the outcome. Action feedback should go to every player in the encounter / the same way roll readouts already do.

What to fix:

  • Other encounter participants see the action result text, attributed to the actor. fx (Dev1 fails to hide) is shown to Dev2 when Dev1 fails to hide
  • Players outside the encounter don't see the text.
  • A GameTest covering it on both loaders.
