This is a public escalation of a matter that the support channels have not resolved.

The facts

Ten charges totalling Rs. 25,088.98 (about USD 280) were taken from my HDFC Bank credit card ending 9248 under the descriptor NANONOBLE PTE. LTD. between 13 February 2026 and 14 October 2026.

What your team has confirmed

Your reply of 15 October 2026 confirmed the charge of 24 June 2026 (Rs. 4,919.35) under [email protected]. That admission covers one charge. The other nine remain unrefuted, and three of them (15 August, 14 September and 14 October 2026) were taken after the subscription expired on 25 July 2026.

My emails of 14, 16, 17 and 19 October 2026, including a 48-hour deadline and a formal escalation to your founder and chairman Dr Yan Junjie and the Nanonoble Pte. Ltd. board, produced no substantive reply. I asked for the refund of Rs. 25,088.98 to card 9248, invoices for all ten charges, and cancellation of every stored payment method on both accounts ([email protected] and [email protected]).

What happens next

The 48-hour deadline passed without a reply. I am proceeding with the chargeback through HDFC Bank (case 1975109383) for the nine unrefuted charges, and I have filed with the Consumers Association of Singapore against Nanonoble Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202410771D). Your published terms state that refunds are refused except as required by applicable law; unauthorised recurring card debits fall within that exception.

Issues 18, 39 and 42 in this repository describe the same pattern from other users. I would prefer to settle this directly.
