Línea de trabajo
Start with the ontology claim in the Methods and with spreadsheet_links.tsv and attributes.tsv, which show the only ontology ids the project currently uses. The habitat and disease association values live in the two linked Google Sheets, and #191 covers the same habitat question. Done means the maintainers have chosen between mapping to ENVO, UBERON and DOID/MONDO and dropping the Methods claim, and the chosen path is reflected in the sheets and files. Settle that decision with the maintainers before editing any values.

Descripción
The Methods say 37 ontologies are used, but habitat has 72 free-text values (free-living, colonization of host, multiple, specialized, secondary, environmental system, ...) and disease association has 87, with no ontology ids. spreadsheet_links.tsv lists an ontology for two physiologies only (aerophilicity MICRO_0000491, spore shape OMP_0008000).
Sheets: habitat https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16WVR910o0p_CyiqYxSa1hkDTdtsAM4Oy8TlbZNIr7ys, disease association https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MAtkI-UEc7T33BYvLBAkw4PDmEmNBroMVUi4KwN8cCc.
Proposal: map habitat values to ENVO (environments) and UBERON (host body sites), and disease association to DOID or MONDO, adding an ontology_id column to each sheet and to attributes.tsv. Values like "multiple", "specialized" and "secondary" don't map to anything and should be dropped or re-curated. #191 raised the same question for habitat and isolation site. If mapping isn't going to happen, the ontology claim in the Methods should go.
