Línea de trabajo

This is a naming and scope decision, not a code change: the issue asks for a clearer pipeline name and raises whether the project should split into a Tn-seq pipeline and a separate HTTM one. Read the repository description and the linked HTTM paper to understand both halves. Done means maintainers agree on a name and scope, and only then would renaming work across the repository begin. Discuss in the issue thread before writing any changes.

Description of feature

I came up with this name for the event but in fact it is work in progress. It should be as explicit and straightforward as possible. Here are some constraints:
This tool is indeed doing TIS/Tn-Seq (both standard names) analysis, but not solely. We have developped a new experimental methodology AND an analysis on top of it, that we are calling HTTM (published yet not widespread : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37040373/). It is aiming at digenic interaction discovery and has nothing to do with traditional gene essentiality that is tn-seq. See the pipeline as two halves; a standard/traditional one (TIS/Tn-Seq) and a novel one which extends this approach more than significantly (HTTM).

This may be a whole project scope issue. Maybe the community only needs a tn-seq pipeline by now and we could create another instance for HTTM downstream.
