Eight FLoRA entries use a Peer Community in Registered Reports (PCI RR) record as the replication DOI (doi_r). None of these records is the replication report itself. Crossref registers each one as a record about the report: the recommendation, a reviewer's report, the decision letter, or the authors' response. The recommender is listed as the author, and Crossref's is-review-of relation points to the reviewed preprint. As a result, the ref_r citations name the recommender or "Review of: …" instead of the authors of the replication.

The table gives the is-review-of target from Crossref and, where one exists, the published article. I confirmed each article in Crossref (title, authors and journal) as the Stage 2 report of the same study. I suggest using the published article where there is one, and the reviewed preprint otherwise.

Row numbers refer to a local CSV export of the entry sheet (header = row 1). Please match on doi_r in case the live sheet has moved.

Duplicates after the fix. All five N2pc rows (1663, 2142–2145) describe one replication of Eimer (1996). Once corrected, they collapse into a single pair or a set of study-level rows. Their doi_o also differs: rows 1663 and 2145 use 10.1016/0013-4694(96)95711-9, and rows 2142–2144 use 10.1016/s0921-884x(96)95711-2. Both are Elsevier DOIs for Eimer (1996); it is worth confirming which one is canonical before deduplicating.

Diversification bias (row 2141), Li & Feldman, replicating Fox, Ratner & Lieb (2005). Neither Crossref nor OpenAlex lists a published article yet. Royal Society Open Science supplementary material for this registered report is on figshare (10.6084/m9.figshare.c.8684017, 2026), so an RSOS article is probably forthcoming. Until it appears, the OSF Stage 2 report is the best identifier.

Peer Community Journal articles (10.24072/pcjournal.…) are real articles and are not affected. FLoRA Extractor now treats 10.24072/pci.* DOIs as non-article records (forrtproject/flora-extractor#222).
