Resolve `RuntimeError: Cannot install a trace function while another trace function is being installed`

Reproduziere den Fehler in test_nonstreaming_chat_completion[False-True-False-False] unter Python 3.10 und untersuche den Daemon Thread-6 (_flush_loop) sowie die im Traceback gezeigte Tracing-Konfiguration. Erledigt ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Test ohne den RuntimeError oder die daraus resultierende pytest-Warnung wegen einer nicht abfangbaren Ausnahme abgeschlossen wird.
