Resolve `RuntimeError: Cannot install a trace function while another trace function is being installed`

在 Python 3.10 下复现 test_nonstreaming_chat_completion[False-True-False-False] 中的失败，然后检查 daemon Thread-6 (_flush_loop) 以及 traceback 中显示的 tracing 设置。测试在没有 RuntimeError 或由此产生的 pytest 不可捕获异常警告的情况下完成，即表示完成。
