Resolve `RuntimeError: Cannot install a trace function while another trace function is being installed`

Python 3.10 で test_nonstreaming_chat_completion[False-True-False-False] の失敗を再現し、その後、daemon Thread-6 (_flush_loop) と traceback に示されている tracing の設定を調査します。RuntimeError も、それによって発生する pytest の unraisable-exception 警告もなくテストが完了すれば完了です。
