Resolve `RuntimeError: Cannot install a trace function while another trace function is being installed`

Tái hiện lỗi trong test_nonstreaming_chat_completion[False-True-False-False] trên Python 3.10, sau đó kiểm tra daemon Thread-6 (_flush_loop) và thiết lập tracing được hiển thị trong traceback. Được coi là hoàn tất khi test hoàn thành mà không có RuntimeError hoặc cảnh báo pytest về ngoại lệ không thể bắt được phát sinh từ đó.
