Beschreibung

paper

Sub-issue of #284 (theme), part 4 of 5. Depends on parts 2 and 3; should start after #363 (#360) is merged.

Scope

In the comparison environment, small grid, every problem :valid in both modelings, every scheme and ordering:

  • JuMP (MathOptNLPModel) ↔ ADNLP: exact (nvar, ncon, bounds, x0, NLPModelsTest.consistent_nlps; Hessian values, not counts).
  • JuMP ↔ Exa: exact for :trapeze. For :euler, :midpoint, :euler_implicit, the gap reported in #284 (Exa has m more controls; only the extreme path constraint differs) is recognised by computation and recorded as a warning in the report; any other difference fails. No hand-written list.

Done when

  • Tests pass exactly JuMP ↔ ADNLP for all schemes and orderings.
  • JuMP ↔ Exa exact for trapeze; the recognised gap reported as a warning for the other schemes, shown to fail on any other difference.
