Research direction

The report is that on Windows 24H2, IME address keys such as 「號」 become full-width punctuation like 「、」. No files or tests are named. Reproduce with PIME on 24H2, then search the TSF composition and punctuation-conversion paths in the C++ IME code. Done when those keys insert the intended characters instead of punctuation.
