Modify UWL population to key in on parameter name rather than process object

描述
populate uwl logic currently links process scan in the log to a uwl process object according to the name of the process in the log, and the name of the process object, which should be the same.
Instead, use high-level process object names and key in on a more precise parameter detail, e.g. "blade coat" as the general process object name, but "HTL 2" as the (unique) parameter name for that blade coat process
