The payload names no files or tests, so start by finding the substrate checkout mode in the Python source and reading how its existing metadata fields are collected and stored. Add two inputs: a module-or-pixel choice and a TCO value. TCO is not defined in the issue, so confirm its meaning and expected format with the maintainers before coding. Done means both fields can be entered at checkout and saved with the substrate record.
