描述
Release check for 9.4.3: the newest min.ff (mholmboe/minff main, 22ebd627, 2026-10-15) has no ffnonbonded_tminff_k.itp files (and drops Alternative_* and ffnonbonded_tminff_all_k_sorted_by_mineral.itp; adds ffbonded_gminff.itp, ffbonded_tminff.itp). scripts/minff_topology.py list_minerals() opens tminff_file(ffdir, k) and fails with FileNotFoundError, so tests/minff fails. 9.4.3 keeps min.ff at d12b895 (19 commits behind) and ships atomipy 1.1. To do: read the new layout (where the per-mineral k parameters went) and update minff_topology.py, then bundle the new min.ff.
