描述
Maintainer, 2026-10-30: the Launch Info block should show how much of the requested wall time is left, so a job about to run out of time is visible. The Queue state row must not overlap.
Plan: a Wall time: row in the right column after Cost, from the Launcher's wall time and the job's start date: 1 h 20 min left of 4 h while running ((nearly out) under 10 %, limit of 4 h reached past it), 4 h requested while queued, used 3 h 12 min of 4 h once ended. Both the Organizer summary and the Viewer's Calculation Summary (shared LaunchInfoRows.H). Queue state stays a full-width row below both columns, so a longer right column moves it down instead of overlapping it.
