Description of feature

ONCOLINER project as a part of EUCANCan has main 3 tools for harmonisation, assessment and improvement of somatic variant callers. All the tools can be used one another or standalone. I am thinking about adding harmonization (which is variant-extractor normalize step) and assessment for benchmarking and last step can also be added merging all the input files given. Could be a nice feature.
