Start by reviewing issue #35 and the pipeline path that maps species names for g:Profiler. Determine how available species and their NCBI taxids are obtained, then verify that a consistent species identifier is passed for Physcomitrium patens; done means mapping works for the affected species and existing species inputs remain supported.

Description of the bug
When mapping gene IDs using g:Profiler with the species Physcomitrella patens, we get a bug because this species is registered in g:Profiler as Physcomitrium patens. We need to be able to provide a consistent species name to g:Profiler.
Ideally, the pipeline should get the NCBI taxid of all available species in g:Profiler and we should provide a NCBI taxid instead as input.
This should be treated after #35.
