The following example in examples_rclpy_minimal_subscriber does not follow recommended practices and should be deleted:

rclpy/topics/minimal_subscriber/examples_rclpy_minimal_subscriber/subscriber_old_school.py

Please also remove the corresponding entry point and references from rclpy/topics/minimal_subscriber/setup.py and rclpy/topics/minimal_subscriber/README.md.
