rclpy/topics/minimal_publisher/examples_rclpy_minimal_publisher/publisher_old_school.py

Please also remove the corresponding entry point and references from rclpy/topics/minimal_publisher/setup.py and rclpy/topics/minimal_publisher/README.md.
