Research direction

Locate the file rclcpp/topics/minimal_subscriber/not_composable.cpp and delete it. Then update CMakeLists.txt and README.md in the same directory to remove references to the deleted file and its executable. Verify the changes by building the package to ensure no broken dependencies remain.
