Start in routes_focus.py, which holds the focus search algorithm, and check how camera positions are identified so the best focus can be stored per position on the Pi. The issue asks for two things: a local store of the best focus for each position, and a faster or more reliable search. Done means both are in place and the search has been tested on a Reolink P840 camera, which needs hardware access to verify.

This issue is part of the epic pyronear/roadmap#12 (Camera support).
In Chile, the Reolink P840 has a zoom range problem in the engine. Save the best focus of each camera position on the Pi, so the search is faster, and improve the focus search algorithm (routes_focus.py).
