Done when close persists, closed workspaces are not offered as active, status shows closed, and resume offers reopen/revise instead of close-or-revise.

Problem
education:teach resume now checks the records against each MISSION.md "Success Looks Like" item, and when every item is met it asks the learner whether to close the mission or revise it (plugins/education/skills/teach/SKILL.md:174, added in #6393). Choosing "close" records nothing:
- No closed state or status marker exists for a mission (
plugins/education/skills/teach/context/mission.mddefines none). status(SKILL.md:132) lists every workspace as active.skills/teach/scripts/list-workspaces.shreturns every workspace, so discovery keeps offering a closed one as active.- A later
resumehits the same all-criteria-met branch and offers close-or-revise again.
