Done means the grid matches the GRIB, user guidance points to reachable data, and no config entry is unreachable by construction.

For 1, the pinned file is still served (HTTP 200). For 2, the URL appears only in a FileNotFoundError message, but it is the only instruction users get for that input.

For 1: read numberOfDataPoints of a GRIB from https://opendata.dwd.de/weather/nwp/icon-eu-eps/grib/ with eccodes, and the cell dimension of the pinned grid from https://opendata.dwd.de/weather/lib/cdo/.

Each pinned source resolves to the data the code expects, or the error message says what to do.
