Describe the bug
All CLIMADA maps with a basemap now give a blank background with an image stating an API key is required:

Since CLIMADA's canonical basemap is CartoDB.Positron, mapping is broken now (for me at least).
Workaround
Whenever you use a method that plots a basemap, you can import contextily as ctx and then in the method pass the parameter url=ctx.providers.Esri.WorldGrayCanvas. This uses a different, still available basemap.
e.g. if you're mapping impacts and have an Impact object, imp, call imp.plot_basemap_eai_exposure(url=ctx.providers.Esri.WorldGrayCanvas)
Suggested fix:
Find and replace CartoDB.Positron with Esri.WorldGrayCanvas. It's less good for CLIMADA's mapping, but it works for now. We can discuss a better solution after rolling out the fix.
A quick search in the codebase suggests it's used in four locations, and no other CartoDB basemaps are used. I haven't checked Petals yet.

Plot anything, e.g. run the 10 minute CLIMADA notebook. (Detailed instructions in comment below.)
