9.4.0 test (Andy): the viewer's selection status line said N8 where the Density Profile list says N9; the status line printed TAtm::index(), which counts from 0 (unchanged since PNNL; fixed on main to count from 1). Audit every user-visible atom number for the same mistake: viewer status line and atom labels, Measure (distances/angles/torsions), Geometry Constraints, Z-matrix/geometry tables, Mulliken/ESP charge tables, MO composition and MO Diagram fragments, Density Map/Profile lists, vibration Mode/Composition coordinates ('C2–C3–C4 bend') and the 'Add coordinates (atom numbers)' entry, Builder script hooks that take atom numbers, input decks' comments, exports (.csv). List each place with its convention, fix every 0-based one to count from 1 (Builder.C:3328 pattern: index() + 1), and add a test that one atom of one molecule carries the same number in the status line, labels, a charge table and the Density Profile list.
