Unicode patch email rejected

Comienza con el comando de gestión parsemail y la llamada a parse_mail en patchwork/parser.py:1191; después, sigue Patch.save en models.py. Reproduce el error notificado con correos electrónicos Unicode e inspecciona cómo se almacena el contenido del parche en la base de datos respaldada por MySQL. Se considera terminado cuando el parche se analiza y se almacena sin el OperationalError notificado.
