Unicode patch email rejected

Comece pelo comando de gerenciamento parsemail e pela chamada a parse_mail em patchwork/parser.py:1191; em seguida, acompanhe Patch.save em models.py. Reproduza a falha relatada com um e-mail Unicode e inspecione como o conteúdo do patch é armazenado no banco de dados baseado em MySQL. Considera-se concluído quando o patch é analisado e armazenado sem o OperationalError relatado.
