Unicode patch email rejected

从 parsemail 管理命令和 patchwork/parser.py:1191 处的 parse_mail 调用开始，然后跟踪 models.py 中的 Patch.save。重现报告中的 Unicode 电子邮件失败，并检查补丁内容如何存储在基于 MySQL 的数据库中。当补丁能够被解析并存储且不再出现报告中的 OperationalError 时，即表示完成。
