Beginne am readVcf-Einstiegspunkt und reproduziere das Problem mit hapmap_exome_chr22.vcf.gz; untersuche anschließend die von header(first) zurückgegebenen Metadaten. Überprüfe den writeVcf-Roundtrip und bestätige, dass der in Anführungszeichen gesetzte Wert von CommandLineOptions die '='-Zeichen beibehält und ohne eine Header-Warnung wieder eingelesen werden kann.

Oops, look like it just cut off after the = inside the quote. This causes no end of problems during a write round-trip:
