Research direction

Read the documentation files named in the issue, especially docs/DECISION_FLOWS.md, docs/architecture/implementation-provided-tools.md, docs/architecture/context-collection.md, packages/darnit-baseline/README.md, and ARCHITECTURE.md. First verify that features 040 and 042 have landed and review their updated context sections. Update the remaining stale descriptions to match the stated current tools and configuration; done means the listed documentation no longer describes the superseded interfaces or configuration.

Description

documentation

Applies once features 040 and 042 land (branch 042-candidate-integrity, not yet merged); until then the behaviour described may differ on main.

Feature 042 updated the context sections of CLAUDE.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, README.md, docs/CNCF_METADATA.md, docs/WORKFLOW.md, docs/MIGRATION_GUIDE.md, docs/IMPLEMENTATION_GUIDE.md, docs/CSL_ONBOARDING.md, docs/DECISION_FLOWS.md (context sections only), docs/architecture/context-collection.md, docs/architecture/audit-context-collection.md, and packages/darnit-baseline/README.md. Remaining drift, mostly predating 042:

  • docs/DECISION_FLOWS.md still describes project.toml, main.py, and legacy adapters throughout.
  • docs/architecture/implementation-provided-tools.md and docs/architecture/context-collection.md name the tools get_pending_context / confirm_project_context; the MCP tools are get_pending_data / confirm_project_data.
  • packages/darnit-baseline/README.md suggests confirm_project_data(detected_ecosystem="..."); detected_ecosystem is not a context key, so the tool has no such parameter.
  • ARCHITECTURE.md still describes .baseline.toml as configuration layer 2 (superseded by operator configuration and .project/darnit.yaml claims in feature 040).
