Research direction

Start by reading the container image build files and docs/install/container.md to find where git and gh are installed and how the image is documented. Check how OSPS-AC-04.02 invokes zizmor and whether the image can install the pinned PyPI package. Done when the control can run from the image or the documentation clearly states that it is not covered.

Description

needs triage

Running an audit from the container image:

OSPS-AC-04.02: ERROR [missing_tool] - Command not found: zizmor

The image installs git and gh, but not zizmor. So this control can never be measured from the image, on any repository.

Image built locally from the #519 branch (0.1.1 wheels), then docker run --rm -v "$PWD:/repo" <image> audit. command -v zizmor inside the container finds nothing

Possible fix

Install a pinned zizmor in the image (it has wheels on PyPI), or say in docs/install/container.md that this control is not covered by the image.
