Research direction

Locate where archinstall builds the timezone/city selection list (search the Python sources for the timezone picker and any use of system tzdata, e.g. zone.tab or pytz/zoneinfo). Determine whether 'Kiev' and 'Kyiv' both enter the list as separate entries or alias to the same zone id, then dedupe so only one entry is shown. Done when the selector no longer offers both spellings for the same city and any related menu test passes.

Description

I've often noticed that many people add "Kiev" alongside "Kyiv," even though they're exactly the same city, it's just that "Kyiv" is the Ukrainian pronunciation and "Kiev" is the Russian and other countries one.
