Research direction

The request is to add uint and uint_array next to existing int/int_array so YAML can drop lower_element_bounds: 0, with a sign check and a C++ uint32_t cast. Start by locating how integer types are declared, validated, and emitted in this ROS 2 parameter generator. Done means the new types are accepted in YAML, generate the unsigned C++ types, and existing int behavior is unchanged. No files or tests are named in the issue.

Description

Would it make sense to allow uint as a type, next to int?

It would reduce this:

    buttons:
      type: int_array
      validation:
        lower_element_bounds<>: 0

To this:

    buttons:
      type: uint_array

So internally it could do a sanity check on the sign and (for c++) cast to an uint32_t.
