Part of Add Odoo integration to New Expensify

Problem

Prospects who use Odoo don't see it anywhere in New Expensify, so they assume we don't support it.

Why is this important?

The painted door keeps those prospects, and the waitlist tells us who to message at launch.

Solution

Follow the Exact Online painted door (joinExactOnlineWaitlist):

  • Add Odoo under Workspace settings > Accounting with a Coming soon badge, and Join waitlist in place of Connect.
  • Join waitlist opens a pop-up: "Concierge will send you a message to let you know when this integration is ready.", and saves expensify_odooWaitlist.
  • Once joined, the row shows You're on the waitlist.
  • Add the NVP_ODOO_WAITLIST Onyx key and CONST.BETAS.ODOO = 'odoo2026'.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Everyone sees the painted door. Nobody needs the beta yet.
  • Joining twice doesn't change the first join date.
