Start by locating the GUI page and entry point for importing characters from Blizzard Armory, then inspect how the page currently displays imported characters. Done means the page lists previously imported characters and provides a refresh button next to each character name.

When importing characters from Blizzard Armory there should be a log of all previously imported characters since the page is empty anyhow and a 'refresh' button infront of character name on that list.
