Start by comparing the public final-review cluster page at /final-review/C405/ with the individual page /final-review/rfc10046/ and the purple cluster view at purple.rfc-editor.org/clusters/405 to see where RFC 10046 is dropped from the group listing. The payload names no source files, so locate the code that builds cluster listings and check how it filters documents. Done when RFC 10046 appears on the C405 page. The issue also asks for the final-review cluster list to be sorted by RFC number, which is a separate, smaller change.

描述
Looking at the public queue cluster page for C405 at https://queue.rfc-editor.org/final-review/C405/:
RFC-to-be 10046 (draft-ietf-i2nsf-nsf-facing-interface-dm) is missing. A final review page for that doc does exist, but it is not pulled into the group page mentioned above for some reason.
It appears as expected in all purple pages and has a 405 indication at the general queue page . It appears in the cluster diagram in purple as well (see https://purple.rfc-editor.org/clusters/405).
Further note: it took me a while to spot this because the Final Review Cluster page it is missing from is not sorted by RFC number, which would be helpful.
