What to build
Make g-stack work in pi.
First, confirm against pi's current documentation where pi expects skill files and how its extension API registers a tool and a command. Record the findings in the pi adapter document. If pi can't register a command, use a prompt template or a documented first message instead.
Then build gstack install --harness pi (same behaviour as the Claude Code install: user and project, dry run, re-runs change nothing, leaves user files alone), the pi adapter document (verb mappings and what to do when a verb is missing), and a pi extension that provides a spawn tool backed by gstack spawn and registers /g. The extension stays a thin wrapper.
Acceptance criteria
