What to build
The reflect skill: review a past session (through gstack transcript) with several reviewers and a synthesizer, and propose lessons. Each lesson says what went wrong, the evidence from the transcript, and where the fix belongs (a playbook, a principle, or enforcement tooling outside g-stack).
A command files each lesson as an issue labelled ready-for-human, so no lesson changes anything without a human deciding.
Acceptance criteria
- The reflect skill and its reviewer roles exist and pass
gstack check - The lesson-filing command creates one issue per lesson with the
ready-for-humanlabel, and supports a dry run - Filing is tested at the CLI boundary with a fake
ghonPATH - Manual check: running reflect on a real session in Claude Code and in pi proposes lessons with transcript evidence
