描述
GitHub added endpoints for the Actions cache retention limit and storage limit at the organization level, but go-github doesn't cover them yet:
GET/PUT /organizations/{org}/actions/cache/retention-limitGET/PUT /organizations/{org}/actions/cache/storage-limit
I'd like to add ActionsService.GetCacheRetentionLimitForOrg / SetCacheRetentionLimitForOrg and GetCacheStorageLimitForOrg / SetCacheStorageLimitForOrg alongside the existing cache usage methods in actions_cache.go. I'm happy to send a PR.
