描述
GitHub API has GET /user/public_emails (https://docs.github.com/rest/users/emails#list-public-email-addresses-for-the-authenticated-user), but go-github doesn't support it yet. I'd like to add UsersService.ListPublicEmails, similar to the existing ListEmails. I'm planning to work on this.
