检查每个 track 的 tests.toml 文件，并将其中列出的测试状态与相应的 exercise 实现和问题规格 repository 进行比较，从 issue 中的 exercise 列表开始。每个 tests.toml 都准确记录了哪些指定的测试已实现后，这项工作就完成了。

In #362 a tests.toml file was added to each track in order to track the list of implemented tests for that exercise. By default every test was listed as existing, which I doubt is the reality. We need to go through each test to match the implementation here with the problem specifications repo.
