描述
Part of #5. For episodes with two guests, or a host and a guest.
Idea
The show name and an "EP 42" badge sit at the top. In the center are two large initials circles side by side with "&" between them, with names and roles under each. The episode title is at the bottom, auto-sized.

Acceptance criteria
- Long names are truncated so the two columns stay the same width
- Re-exported in
src/templates/podcast/index.tsand registered in the Podcast block ofsrc/templates/registry.ts - Meets the shared template checklist in #5
