描述
Part of #5. A status-page style card for SaaS uptime.
Idea
A header with a colored dot and a message chosen by a select: "All systems operational" (green), "Degraded performance" (amber) or "Major outage" (red). Below it are the service name and a large uptime percentage. Then a row of 90 thin bars (about 8px wide with a 3px gap), mostly green with a few amber or red at fixed positions, captioned "90 days ago" and "Today".

Acceptance criteria

Math.random(): the bar pattern is fixed so images are stable and cacheable - The 90 bars fit inside the padding at 1200px wide

src/templates/saas/index.tsand registered in the SaaS block ofsrc/templates/registry.ts - Meets the shared template checklist in #5
